Initially you should discuss your concerns with your child’s class teacher. He/she is responsible for adapting and refining the curriculum to respond to strengths and needs of all pupils. They will also check on the progress of your child and identify the planning and delivery of a range of lessons.
If the quality first teaching delivered in class is not having the expected impact it may be that the SENCO (Ms Nicolson) will be referred to make an initial assessment and identify any additional support that is required.
Dilly Baker is the SEND link Governor and can be contacted via the school office.
