Year 5 and 6 visited the Hackney Empire last Friday to see a special performance by the BBC Symphony Orchestra. This was a rare opportunity to see a classical music performed live by a world-renowned orchestra, with a special programme of pieces aimed at inspiring a love of music in young people.
