On Tuesday 29th January, Year 6 attended a workshop at Hackney Museum to learn about how to stay safe at home and in the community. We met different public servants who work to keep us such as Fire Fighters, Police Officers and TfL staff. The children learnt lots and really enjoyed the day.
The annual PGL residential trip was enjoyed by all, everyday was action packed from the giant swing and vertical challenge, to the trapeze and the challenge course. There was a treetop challenge and aeroball which was fun, everyone attempted all the challenges and had a great time.
There was yummy food and an evening activity before everyone collapsed into bed!.
For aspirations day we were visited by a number of parents who spoke about their different careers, this gave the class the opportunity to think about what career paths they would like to take in the future.
