We also looked at how to stay fit and healthy. We discussed the importance of stay fit and healthy and what exercises help us. We created fitness videos to encourage and guide other children and adults to exercise.
We looked at the importance of protection for the body and why it is important to wear a helmet. We know how delicate our skulls are and that when riding a bike we should all wear a helmet. To test the importance we created an egg helmet which we had to drop to see if the egg cracked. Unfortunately none of our eggs survived but we had great fun with this project.
